What do I need to present to collect my car?
Customer must present a valid drivers license, passport, and a return airline/cruise ticket or E-ticket itinerary, with a return date equal to that on the prepaid car rental voucher. The name on the drivers license, passport and return ticket must be identical. If a return airline/cruise ticket is not presented at time of rental, car voucher presented will be applied to rental and a credit card hold or cash deposit of $250 will be required to rent vehicle. If return airline/cruise ticket is presented, however return travel date is beyond return date on car voucher; customer must leave the cash deposit in addition to $50 for each day beyond the return date on the voucher up to $250.

Can I get a refund for my car rental vouchers?
Well on the vouchers it says non refundable  Also it’s difficult to manage when discount ya commissions and fees if the voucher itself has been paid
We tried at one time do to that and it was a disaster because u do t always hVe all the money to give
So the best solution was  if customer did not use the voucher we clear it with corporate  and reissue them another one at snigger time kind of like the airlines but with no penalty  This seems to work And make the customer happy.

Car rental vouchers purchased on this website may be refunded at our sole discretion.
Customers must have a valid driver's license in their name to rent. There will be no refund in the event that a Customer does not have a valid driver's license that is accepted by the car rental supplier. Customer must provide some official document confirming inability to travel.
In the event of a change in your itinerary, a request for voucher re-issue can only be made through our support line. Credit card charges will appear on your bill as Treasures Caribe International LLC. 

What is LDW?
Loss Damage Waiver – an optional coverage which waives the customer’s responsibility for an loss or damage to the vehicle as long as the renter complies with the Terms and Conditions of the rental agreement.

What is SLI?
Supplemental Liability Insurance – an optional coverage which protects the renter and authorized drivers up to a maximum of $10,000,000 single limit per occurrence against third party claims arising out of the use or operation of the Vehcile for bodily injury or death of another and property damage other than the vehicle.

How can I resolve toll violations?
